I am very educated on the topic, yet missed several red flags that Sean found. I am relieved that I did not sign a one year lease in an unsafe living environment. Mold is tricky. After months of illness caused by the unidentified presence of black mold in our home (due to a leaking dishwasher), we hired what we thought was a reputable mold remediation company. During the remediation process we encountered a number questionable conditions that the remediation company advised was not a problem. Skeptical, we determined it was in our best interest to hire Certified Mold Assessments to analyze our environment. Mr. Rabin responded immediately, educated us, and tested the air quality, and quickly it was determined mold still present in the walls that the remediation company certified as clear. Ultimately he was directing the remediation company that led to successful end to the project. Prompt , extremely reliable, and diligent in his work he provides comprehensive reports. Mr Rabin provides the highest level of professional service. He is personable and will take your calls/questions long after after the project is complete He will always be there for you.

I have been chronically ill for a little over 6 years now, and when the doctor told me that mold in the house might be the culprit, I didn't even know where to begin. Mold illness and proper home remediation is such a huge undertaking, and is very easily misunderstood, so I knew that I needed to find a reputable company. They did the most detailed and thorough inspection of my house and found mold in multiple places. The report they provide is so detailed and descriptive, it is the perfect guideline for any remediation company to work off of. They are also incredibly dedicated to their clients. Whenever I had a follow up question, Al was always available to talk, and always gave me all of the time I needed to get my questions answered. I cannot recommend this group enough! Awesome people with trustworthy inspections.

It was exceptional customer service! He did a thorough investigation and the follow up 28 pg document mold report was emailed to me. He did a fabulous job and has been very helpful ever since even working with my insurance company. At the time I hired this company, I just assumed that he would do everything regarding this and eliminate the mold for me. Later I realized they are only a detection business and I appreciated the work they did.

Mr. Rabin responded to my request immediately and answered every question I had. He sent over the lab results as soon as they came back, and his report followed 2 days later.

The only thing I would like to see improved is the final action report. I thought it could have been better organized and has a strong summary of conclusions and summary of actions to be taken at the end.

Al's from CMA is truly a professional. Very knowledgable and experienced. Not only that, what made me really appreciate Al was how much he truly cared. Yes in dealing with a company its "business".. But Al genuinely cares about your situation and what he has to do to help take care of it. In dealing with him I experienced this first hand. He helped to resolve a mold problem we were having by the apartment community we were leasing at. He also took time to comfort my pregnant wife and I the whole time considering it was. Al is a consummate professional. We haven't completed the process so I cannot gauge the value for the cost. It was much more expensive than I anticipated. I am not questioning Al's price --just expensive . Hope the HOI company covers the cost. I would recommend CMA .

We had mold testing done during the inspection period on a home that we were purchasing. They did a very good job and were punctual and their report was very detailed. Very pleased with this company and would use them again in the future.

We had a water supply line break in our home while we were out of town. Our insurance company denied our claim. After having our home dried out, I contacted Al Rabi,n a certified mold assessment expert. Mr. Rabin was very prompt in taking samples and having them tested. After Al received the test results, he sent us a detailed report of his findings. Mr. Rabin was very instrumental in helping us settle our insurance claim.
