Our roof was several years overdue for replacement and John did a great job explaining all the options available to us.  With his help, we selected a new roof and they installed it.  They kept a close eye on the weather to ensure that they weren't tearing off the old roof only to have it rain.  They did an excellent job in cleaning up (have you ever seen how messy a roof replacement is?).  Everyone was professional and I was impressed with the fact that they came by after the first rainstorm to check the roof to ensure that there weren't any issues.  I would happily recommend them.

The company was supposed to take all the shingles off and the tar paper - they were to replace everything. I went out to see how the work was going as I took the day off and they weren't doing as we had agreed. I had trouble communicating with the installers which was an issue but one was able to make out what I was saying. They did end up getting the work done as I wanted.

It was a trial and error process, which was due to the odd construction of the roof. The final repair was successful.

The squirrels must have been building some very well reinforced nests, because they ate/stole the existing lead boots. Jon replaced the boots, and secured wire mesh around the new ones so they wouldn't be eaten again.

Jon did a wonderful job and spent most of the day completing the work. In addition he found that the work ultimately required some additional materials. When we said that we would pay for the materials, he said that he felt that he must stick to his quote and we owed him nothing additional. Even though it was a relatively small cost, it still cost him money that he could have passed on and didn't. It appears that he did an excellent job. We'll see what happens the next time it rains!

Jon was able to come over the same day an estimate was requested and arrived the next day at the promised time to complete the repair. Did the job very quickly and provided an assessment of the rest of the roof, without trying to sell me a roof. Will probably call him back in a couple years when it is time to replace. Would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.

This was a 10% total satisfaction. It was planed and executed without a hitch. All materials were first delivered and ready for the job in a few hours time. The next day the roofers showed up and did not stop working at all. They removed and installed all contracted work in ONE day! My house is 2500 sq.ft. These guys are great and I highly recommend them to all.

Excellent work. Very Clean. Accountable. Nice crew. You would never have known they were here. Only ask for Oscar Guzman- he will provide the best service. The owner is only there to collect checks and never returns calls.

Estimate on Friday before Memorial Day. Roof started and completed on Tuesday. Oscar and his crew are the hardest working and most efficient team I've ever seen. Removed improperly installed gutters without charge and clean-up was great. In-law is roofer in another part of the state and work was done to his specifications. Only negative is the company doesn't take American Express.

Any initial anxiety regarding the job was wholly put to rest by the thoughtful, efficient manner in which they completed their task. I would definitely recommend Jon Tallman and his team, under the watchful supervision of Oscar, to anyone wanting a professional job done to replace an old roof. It appeared that they really enjoyed their work.

Overall my experience was great. The workers were very nice and cleaned up after themselves by removing all nails and debris that may have fallen during the installation (which was very important to us as we have two dogs that could have stepped on a nail if one was left in the yard). The only thing I would comment on is communication. Due to rains during the week their schedule understandably backed up. I called them to find out when our roof would be completed and it would have been easier to plan time off of work if the changes in schedule would have been proactively communicated to me. However the work was great and my overall experience was wonderful and I would recommend them to others.

I left a message and Jon Tallman responded the next day. He was able to come two days later and arrived at the time he said. He quickly fixed the problem and gave me an education regarding concrete roofs and their care.

Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and honest. Definitely will do business with again.

Like many Floridians we had to change insurance companies in September Unfortunately, they waited until 3 weeks before hurricane season to inform us, in their opinion, we needed a new roof. Luckily Jon lives around the corner, & was at our house within 10 minutes to give us an estimate. Making a long story short, the roof was replaced within a week. Our main concern was not having to replace our gutters (again) & Oscar, the foreman, was wonderful. There was not a scratch. The crew was the hardest working group of men we have ever seen, and when they left our property was spotless. Jon even came by at the end of the job to be sure everything was alright. Even if he didn't live so close we would highly recommend his company.

They were absolutely great! They took a half day to scrape the old roof and trim off and then came back the next day and put on the new roof and did the flat roofs. I only had to take the one day off from work so that was a huge plus. John was very professional as were his workers. They are highly recommended!!

THIS COMPANY WAS $2500 LESS THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. WHEN I TOLD THEIR COMPETITORS THAT, THEY COULDN'T EVEN SAY ANYTHING. THEY ALL SAID THAT CARROLLWOOD ROOFING WAS A GOOD COMPANY. SO I TOOK THE CHANCE AND I'M GLAD I DID. THE CREW FINISHED MY ROOF IN 2 DAYS. THEY ALSO DIDN'T ASK ME TO TAKE OFF MY SATELLITE DISH WHICH THE OTHERS DID. THEY TOOK IT OFF AND REHOOKED IT IN THE SAME DAY. THEIR PLYWOOD SHEETS ARE ALSO HALF OF WHAT THE OTHERS CHARGE. THE ROOFING MATERIAL THEY USE IS ALSO AT THE TOP OF IT'S CLASS. I WAS ABLE TO HAVE MY ROOF BEING INSTALLED ONE WEEK AFTER THE ESTIMATE WAS DONE.

THEY USED A HIGHER GRADE OF MATERIALS THAN OTHER QUOTES I RECEIVED FOR THE SAME MONEY. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
