Excellent.  Mike is very thorough.  His inspection was very helpful in our decision to buy and provided information of things that our need attention now and in the future.   After the inspection we found out my insurance company wanted a report on a special form.  He took care of that.

.I used them in the end of March. He is very discreet around Realtors. We had hired him, instead of the realtor. He was honest with us. He told us of any problems the house might have. He told us about an issue with the wall, we eventually got fixed. He was there for 5 hours and he did a very good job.

We have hired Mike 3 x's. We highly recommend him. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. He explains things well at inspection as well as gives you a very detailed report book of the property within a few days later. (We used another person one time and I could see the difference - that person was much less detailed in his inspection and report.) You won't regret hiring Mike. He'll even answer questions by phone or email that you may think of a bit later and can usually give you approximate costs for repairs. He's also discreet around realtors which I appreciated as the client.

Mr Yeager the company owner was the one who did our inspection. He was on time efficient and business like. He invited my wife and myself to follow him around. Frankly after an hour we just sat down an let him get on with it. My wife and I were very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection and the attention to detail. Mr Yaeger was very knowlegeable. After he finished the inspection we were able to discuss with him about the problem areas. Which were very few on this property. He checked the air conditioning systems with temperature probes and timing. He got up on top and inspected the roof. He did a thorough inspection of the attic space signs of leaks, pests and insulation. He gave a very detailed report. This was a world apart from our previous experience with a home inspector who just walked around and turned on the taps and flushed the toilets. Recommended without reservation.
