Showed up for estimate and scheduled work on time. Explained everything needed to be done and also additional things that I could do myself, if I desired. Work was completed as described. He also helped me with a few additional items for a very low charge. Very reasonable rates and excellent work. Owner/worker very pleasant and thorough. Would definitely recommend and use him again.

I called for an estimate of the area to be repaired and promptly received one, we scheduled a time to begin and Burkett Stucco arrived at the correct time and began working. Two more trips were required to complete the work and both times they were right on schedule. Work was completed in a timely fashion with good workmanship.

They were excellent. They did the work in a timely fashion. They were very good at communicating what was going on. They stuck to the estimate they gave in the beginning.

Malcolm responded to my message quickly, and was able to come to my house the following day. He arrived promptly, carefully checked all visible cracks in our stucco, and verified that they are superficial and need only be caulked. He also recommended painting the house to further seal the cracks. He also told me what would to look for as signs of more serious damage. If we do ever need stucco help in the future, Burkett will be the first company we call.

Malcolm responded quickly to my request for a quote and completed the job within a few days. He repaired three areas of stucco house walls where the original stucco had cracked or chipped off. Total area was roughly 120 square feet. The finished job was excellent and blended perfectly with the existing finish. I did not get competitive bids and I suspect the price might have been a little high based upon the number of hours required to do the job.

I searched Angie's List for a stucco contractor but was unsatisfied with the results. I did call one or two of the listed contractors but got a disconnected line. I took my search to the Yellow Pages where I found a local contractor. I called Burkett Stucco, which did not come up in my Angie's List search because they were listed as a concrete company rather than in the stucco category, and was told their stucco person would call me back. Malcolm LaBlanc called back quickly and he came out the same afternoon to look at the job. He arrived exactly on time and was obviously knowledgeable about stucco in general and the Styrofoam construction of my wall specifically. He said it would require fiberglass mesh vs steel mesh which would be a little more expensive. The next day I received his proposal and it was reasonable so I accepted it. We agreed work would start the next Wednesday. Start of work was delayed a day because of weather. The work was done over a two day period to allow for drying time of undercoat and the quality of the work was superb. The texturing matches the original perfectly and they did a perfect job of cleaning up. I am completely satisfied with the work performed.
