I took my vehicle in for repairs expecting to get the long list of items that needed to be fixed. I was shocked to find out it was only a minor repair that was needed. (There was a hole in the intake hose and the furl system was dirty because of it.) While I'm sure my vehicle could have benefitted from other services, they did not try to upsell me or even recommend all the common maintenance items that other shops recommend and often tell you is required when it's not. My car has been running better than it has for years. I will is Big Fred's for all my vehicle service needs!

Small business owner - he & his wife own the business. They are not only excellent with their service but treated me liked they really cared. Even gave me a ride to my home in their personal vehicle after dropping off my car. They were friendly and very honest! I highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs, small or big jobs.
