Description of Work: Appointment was scheduled for 9am Monday morning. At 9:20 I called the shop and asked where the service technician was, I was told that it did not get put on the schedule but they could have someone there in an hour and a half. My reply was that I would find someone else which in turn led to a vulgar response and a hang up. Would not used them ever or recommend them.
