Apline Air is great.  I used them 3 years ago when all the air conditioners at my office were stolen. They were prompt, courteous, professional and excellent to work with. When my home AC needed attention I called Apline and they responded and were out the same day.  I would have recommended them to other companies and will use them for all my AC work in the future.

I've been using them for 12 years. When they came, they did a great job.

Two of my children had used Dave and he has excellent customer service skills.
They recommended him to my elderly parents and all I can say is and quot;he did them rightand quot;.
He really showed them a lot of respect and came by several times to make sure everything was going great.
They did need a new system and they are very pleased. I was the one who told them who to call and I was there during the process most of the time.

I had called Alpine Air because i was getting estimates on a new heat pump. I wanted 3 estimates so i could make an informed decision. i left 3 messages and never received a return call. My neighbor used them and asked them to call me. I was told they said they would. When they were at my neighbors today they told them to tell me that since I had a company that I have worked with and have a maintenance contract with i should just use them. Never called me back, told my neighbor to give me the message. Very unprofessional. Also, my neighbor said it took them days to call him back when he had been using them for repairs for years! So, unless you have a neighbor that already uses them forget it. You'll never here from them. Move on. There are lots of A rated companies on Angies List that will call you back and make you feel like they are interested in your business.

Dave arrived on time, did a thorough analysis, gave two recommendations to choose from, behaved in a courteous and professional manner, and encouraged us to seek other opinions.

We were having problems with the smaller of our two cooling units. Mr. DeBord first checked for a freon leak by filling the freon. He returned in two weeks and found the leak. We made the decision to replace the unit instead of just the coil as we have not been happy with the performance of the unit since we had the house built. He did an excellent job, was efficient, and cleaned up well at the end of his work.

David was prompt in his response to our phone call for service. He explained all options to us and gave us a fair price for the work to be done. He and his employee were courteous, respectful of our property and conscientious of our home and family. They completed the work in a timely manner and with minimum disruption to our family. One of the units was located upstairs in the Master Bedroom. David respected our privacy and was professional and kept as much of the debris as possible from our belongings. He was also very understanding about our children and pet. I would and have recommended him to our friends and family.
