The technician (a relative of the owner) showed up very late on several occasions and the work spanned several days to complete what was scheduled to be done in a single visit. After hooking up the sinks, four (4) leaked, which required multiple visits to resolve. A part for the Instant Hot Water dispenser was not secured by him and it was lost. He had to go to a hardware store to replace it. He brought back the wrong part and had to return to get the correct one. When the bathroom faucets were installed, the "H" and "C" lettering was upside down and we were told that it couldn't be fixed. After considerable discussion, he eventually realized that they were on the wrong side and he fixed it. Each visit took much longer than anticipated and it appeared that the technician was not experienced enough to handle this job. When the owner was contacted regarding the issues, he came out (later than promised) to observe and provide some minor direction, however, rather that assisting to resolve the issues, he indicated that his nephew needed to learn to resolve these type of matters himself and deal with the consequences. This attitude did not display consideration for the customer and as a result, two additional visits were required and we were left without use of some of our sinks during that period. Although we elected to pay the full amount for the services that were contracted because the work was eventually completed, no consideration was provided to compensate for the ineptness of the work performed or for the inconveniences. As a final thought, although the technician was not qualified to perform this job, he was pleasant, apologetic, and he genuinely appeared to be embarrassed with the entire situation. It was clear that he struggled and was trying hard - but unfortunately, that was not what we needed. This was a very frustrating and inconvenient experience for us
