+ -1 moreI have a beautiful, gorgeous basement with a large L/R, office and bedroom. Left laundry room untouched. John (main guy) and Eddie - John did estimate, Eddie ran job mostly with John sometimes. Nicest guys ever. So polite, good natured, and so easy to get along with. Had 3 estimates, 4M Enterprises was the lowest, $4K less than the next closest estimate. Bunch of guys, at one point 5 people working simultaneously. Quality of their work - impeccable. Original estimate, $17,675, final cost, $18,075. John's responsiveness to email queries was always same day. They delivered plain and simple. They were in the house for 2 weeks, wife and kids liked them a lot. They were done, noticed some stain spots on some of the paint, they came back 4 days later, fixed it up and now my basement is simply beautiful. I will use these guys again for my next project, without reservation. I would actually be upset if I couldn't get them because they're a known entity, they are that good.
Description of Work: Renovated basement - egress window in foundation with steps to outside, one wall framed and sheetrocked, built closet, whole ceiling sheetrocked, 22 hi-hat lights, new floor (resilient vinyl), boxed in windows, four doors, one fire door, floor and door moulding, painted everything, electric hydronic heat for 3 rooms, sanded and stained steps, put in railing, new dryer vent hole, 2 new vent holes for oil burner, dehumidifier installed with water pump to outside, 2 cat doors
