This company was early for the scheduled appointment, they were professional with the removal and installation, communicated clearly of the entire scope of the job, they cleaned the entire site, and were priced better than most quotes we received.

We had an antique a/c system, and we were in dire need of a new one. Taylor?d HVAC Services installed a new a/c-heating mini-split system. The system was installed in the time frame promised and works great. The price was very reasonable, and the work was high quality?done by true honest professionals who take pride in their work. We appreciate a job well done and would highly recommend them to all.

I am SO appreciative of the work that these guys have done. I had another company come and look at a water leak from my ac unit running all over my garage floor. They told me that I should just put in a new ac unit cause it would be cheaper. Who has that kind of money just laying around exp with Christmas approaching. I was talking with one of the guys at work about my problem and he said that his son has a ac business and I should give him a call. Well I gave him a call and I am so glad that I did. These 2 guys fixed my ac unit for less than $300 and in less than a week. They were on time, friendly and cleaned up any mess that they made (and the other guys). They were patient explaining to me what was wrong (hole in drip pan) and what it would take to fix it. It is refreshing to know that there are still people who take pride in their work, are honest and don't rip you off. As a 63 yr old single female, I get so frustrated and mad when repair shops (whether, ac, car, or whatever) takes advantage of me and rips me off just because they can get away with it. I will not hesitate to give these guys a call again or share their info with anyone asking. Thanks again. I really appreciate it.
