It went wonderfully. They are really responsive to what we wanted done. The quote for the work was exactly what we paid.

Bill Bell and team went to great lengths to ensure the inside areas of our house stayed as clean as possible.  They built a wall inside the house that segregated us from the work area.  The work they did was substantial but the impact on our living was quite small.  His crew was timely and professional.  They were very resourceful when issues arose.  While we had to handle the cost of in process change requests we made, no extra was charged for items that arose that were of a construction nature.  As Bill said, if it was something he should have though of but didn't, it wasn't our concern.  He handled those additional expenses.  That happened when the inspector required a survey for the patio area.  The contract price was what we paid, with those minor changes we discussed.  And that price was quite competitive.  Bill was available to answer questions anytime we had them.  I feel comfortable strongly recommending William Bell Construction for anyone with a remodeling job.  I understand he also does complete homes too.  He's local and has been for quite a while.  You'll make a good choice with Bill.
