They were awesome. Used a camera to look at my vents said I could get by waiting a season to clean them. I chose to have it done anyway as I just purchased a new furnace and central air. I feel better knowing they are clean. I also got to see the after with his camera. They did make a noticeable difference.

this was truly and awful experience. Save your money and go with a reputable company with numerous reviews. Abel and his assistant came in an old truck with a vaccuum. The helper was extremely polite but Abel is a con artist. He quickly told me that there was mold located in my home and that I would need another service costing upwards to $1500.00 to correct the "issue", not knowing that I already have an AC tech who regularly checks on my AC unit. I politely declined the extra service charges and I foolishly agreed to a filter being ordered that cost $150.00. The service was on April 11th and it is now May 18th with out a filter. Abel advised the company name who makes the filters (after lying and saying he made them himself and would be delivered in a few days) and I called to see where the order was. Abel has been avoiding giving an order number and ignoring my phone calls for the past 3 days after yelling over the phone that it was not his fault, it's the filter company. I spoke with the filter company and was told that Abel opened an account with them in 2013 but has since been deactivated due to no activity. He hasn't ordered any filters since opening of account. Do not go with this dishonest company. The owner does all of the things that you are warned about when it comes to vent cleaning companies; upselling, reporting issues that aren't there, doing a 4-5 hour job in 1 hour, and taking money and never being heard from again. Do NOT let what happened to me happen to you. I am surprised this guy is still in business.

There was trouble with the new dryer,  which was 3 weeks old. It seems that during the cleaning process and removal f the. Clothes in the dryer as requested a sock. Went into the dryer when removing clothes and the  filter removed as requested. This led to about abandoned hour of problems with the dryer and a sock getting chewed up and spit out.
