"First of all, every company has the right to raise rates. Especially under a non contractual agreement. You the customer, also have the right to refuse and discontinue service, which you did. The accusation that myself or any member of my crew knowingly "weed wacked" your well head is obsured and completely false! Had this happened and I been made aware of it, it would of been taken care of immediately by myself or a company of your choice through MY insurance. Not to mention it is highly unlikely a string trimmer would cause a 2" sch40 PVC well head to crack. But if it was indeed cracked or damaged and you believed it to be my company who caused it, why was it not brought to my attention?"
