I actually had 8 fence contractors visit my property and provide estimates. I went with SFG, because Kevin turned out to be the most honest, fair priced, knowledgeable contractor of them all. Boy did I make the right decision! When the day finally came for the fence installation. Kevin and his team showed up bright and early to walk me through everything they planned to do and make sure they took into account my opinions and feedback. They answered all of my questions, provided well experienced guidance and made sure I understood all the pros/cons of each of my decisions before setting out to work. The fence did not take very long to put up since Kevin's team spent full day after full day, making sure everything was built to exact specification. I had a last minute design change that Kevin and team were happily able to accommodate and came back as many times as necessary to get everything just right, no matter the issue. These guys most definitely know their craft inside and out and the final product clearly shows to anyone whether they are a lay person or professional. In the end, my permits passed with no issues and I ended up with a beautiful pool code fence for my kids that increases my property value, adds to the beauty of my home and most importantly, makes my wife very happy!
This review would not be complete without a note on Faith and her office staff. It took me more than 6 months to get the necessary approvals from my HOA and Palm Beach County. Six very aggravating and disappointing long months that I do not wish on anybody. The only silver lining through the whole process was Faith and her team. She walked me through every step, helped me work through every obstacle and setback and remained in constant communication with me and the County, throughout the project from Day 1 to day 180+. Without their help, I would have never ended up with exactly what I wanted so a big thank you to Faith, Kevin, Jesse and the rest of the gang at SFG!

We have worked with Specialty Fence on other smaller fence related projects so we knew they were a company that we liked doing business with. When asked to jump in on this gate related issue they responded quickly and were out later the same day to initiate some troubleshooting and get the needed parts ordered. The gate operators were repaired in a few days and the clear and detailed communications were greatly appreciated. When the invoice came there were no surprises and they were very fair with the billed time for the project. A few months later the gates continue to work perfectly with no issues.
We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of Kevin and his team. They did a great job stepping into a an environment that was unfamiliar and worked efficiently to resolve our issue as if it was their own gate. In the end we have a proven and trusted professional for our gate repair needs.
