Smoothly. Equipment was replaced as needed. and follow-up was done. Although the system still requires additional work from that which they did initially, the work initially requested was done in a prompt and professional manner.

My overall experience with them was poor.  It’s such a long story.  If a picture of my yard is taken, a person can then see it.  It just didn’t come out right and it’s disappointing.  The owner tried to make it right but too much had gone wrong.  It’s just a mess and it was just too much to redo.  Everybody came up with the same price and so it was average.

Both parts of the job were done very well.  The lawn maintenance included clean up, with removal of debris, and plantings.  The workers & supervisor were all professional (except for smoking on job site), on time, courteous and knowledgeable.  The 2nd part of the job was digging a trench and installing a drainage pipe for lawn irrigation issues.  All of the work went smoothly.

The only issue I had was with getting a paper receipt of the 2nd transaction, it took multiple calls, emails and words of wisdom to finally get a paper receipt.

I would recommend this company.

it didn't go as well as we had expected or planned. Unfortunately the day of install was the coldest day of the year.  The plants that we had selected to be installed were burned by frost and had to be substituted with other plants that were supposed to be comparable to those we had selected.
The plants that replaced our selections did not grow as promised, they grew too large for the space and many had to be transplanted to another area of the yard or scraped all together.
I'm not blaming the landscaper for the original install but the follow-up on whether we were happy with the plants that were substituted was very lacking :(

The team is very meticulous and neat.  My property is PERFECT when they leave.  The owners also go out of their way to take care of any other issues such as outdoor lighting and drainage.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The team arrived as scheduled, with several trucks and 5 men. They completed the job in one day, and completely cleaned up upon completion. They went above and beyond their obligations, and the result is a beautiful front yard. In addition, they transplanted several shrubs in the rear to increase our view of our lake. 
They were a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend Jorge and his team from Sanctuary Gardens.

They are just plants. They are local. They have a fairly good selections. Their prices are certainly reasonable. They are nearby, they are close, they have a pretty good selection. You can walk in sometimes and find what you are looking for. There are other times you can't. I have to drive by every time I have to go anywhere so I just go in to see what is available.

We initially called Jordge at Sanctuary Gardens to come and  give a free estimate. He came talked  with us and took some pictures, about 10 days later he called and said he had some plans ready to look at. We looked at the plans and liked what he had in mind. We asked for references and he provided 3 in our area. We looked at the references and decided we liked the wall that they had provided for these 3 people. Jordge changed the plans to incoroporate the wall instead of the concrete  border we initially had in mind. They crew showed up on time did the work which Jordge over saw. Jordge made a few other recommendations on flowers to complete the look which were very nice. Overall we were very happy with Sanctuary Gardens and the work they provided.

George was the designer.  They sent a crew of 4 people to do the work.  We were very pleased with the work.

Jorge made a beautiful design drawing with specific plants, dimensions etc. His final result was exactly what we discussed. I loved it. We have found the plantings have grown in and handled the climate, even the terrible cold last winter, with hardly any damage, and continue to thrive. He and his crew completed the work exactly on schedule. They were considerate and very neat. He has made some smaller additions and changes in the two years since the project was finished, and performs maintenance every few months. Everything has been very well done; my only negative is that he often takes weeks after we call to do maintenance; he is responsive to all calls, however.

I was disappointed. I had removed a large black olive tree from my yard and wanted a medium size foxtail (12 to 15 feet) and two "specimen" quality sylvester palms. This vendor had an attractive display at the spring Palm Beach County home show. The designer came to my house and was personable and knowledgeable. I went to their nursery which had a very good selection of trees and picked out the ones I wanted. After I had paid the deposit, I had a little trouble getting them to commit to a delivery date but they showed up in approximately the period we had discussed. Things sort of went downhill from there. I'm not sure if I got the trees I selected. The trees were planted with the fronds wrapped and with instructions to leave the fronds bound for two weeks after planting. So I didn't know what the trees looked like when they were delivered. The sylvester palms are expensive at about $300 per foot of cleared trunk. My invoice indicated that each tree had 3.5 feet of clear trunk, the delivered trees are barely three feet at the most. The salesperson told me that, when the trees were planted, he would show me how to prune and maintain them. Now that I have paid, he has never contacted me. He was also supposed to come by and "paint" the trunks to give the trees the "shiny" look they have at the home shows but that never happened either. In conclusion, my trees look ok and hopefully I got what I paid for. I am disappointed that the "after the sale" extras that I was promised were never provided.
