BUYER BEWARE...I immediately contacted Anthony by text with pictures on completion of the job and expressing my dissatisfaction. The job was very sloppily done and asphalt was tracked on to my entrance foyer pavers. He responded quickly "explaining" that if I gave it a week that driving on it and settling would smooth the driveway out and if I was still unhappy he would come out and fix it. Well, it didn't... Knowing his explanation was not plausible, I cancelled my check and I'm glad I did because after the week was up and I again sent pictures, expressed my dissatisfaction he blew me off.

"Customer needed a overlay on driveway wanted a sealer instead of an overlay. We are sorry we could not please you you were not charge for the job. The job was completely free so to leave a review like this is totally unfair. You’ve got a good job for free. Your driveway was falling apart and we had to patch it at no cost which you did not tell us about so we were completely transparent about the the appearance of the final product from the beginning, but it is very clear that you were looking for a free job from the beginning I was reluctant to do business with this gentleman from the beginning because I knew he was a crook, and I do not want to act unprofessional by saying that, but this review will not harm me because my good reviews way, over way this guy who did not pay a penny for his job who smiled at my guys until they were finished and love the job wrote me a check and stopped to check five minutes after my guys left but he did not give any pictures of the driveway before"

I chose S and S paving because, the entire process was explained step by step, the materials to be used, the quality of the asphalt to be used, how much asphalt and how high it would be poured as well as how it should be maintained afterwards. The work was preformed as promised and it looks grand and the liquid coating completes the process, best looking asphalt driveway in the neighborhood.

On time for resurfacing everything went well. That alone would have been 5 stars. Was told would call in 3 weeks to set up a time to seal the driveway. I had to call them 5 weeks after to schedule, no big deal. Scheduled for Saturday morning 12/11. Texted at 9:33 to get a rough idea when they’d be here. No response. Called at 11:58am left a message. No call back. Called again at 2:47pm left another message. No call back. Called a third and final time at 5:18pm mail box was full. Wasted all day Saturday waiting. It is now Wednesday 12/15 and have not heard from anyone. Not sure why there’s been no response but would like to have some idea what happened. I averaged a good initial experience with a poor communication bordering on an unprofessional experience for the 3 star rating.

Very well. They arrived at 8 as arranged and got right to work. By noon I had a new driveway and I am VERY happy with the results. The new drive makes the outside of the house look soooo much better, adding more value as well. I paid them 2/3 of the agreed price because I had to have money wired from another location. I appreciated they were willing to work with me regarding the delay. A+ in every way.

Well my asphalt driveway was way overdo to be redone. Since the city gave me a notice to have it done by a certain time, I started researching. Anthony was the first one to reach back out to me . From the initial conversation to the end of the process he has been honest, reasonable, and fair . Yes, other companies were cheaper not by much but couldn't get the job done quick enough or even really seem interested enough. I would highly recommend S & S Asphalt .

Great! They were Fast and knowledgeable. Wonderful communication. Staff was very nice and helpful. They are coming back tomorrow to seal the driveway. I will be using them for future asphalt/concrete jobs.

I cannot begin to explain how difficult and complicated my paving job was. Anthony did such a great job and went far above and beyond what was pre planned and worked around every obstacle that presented itself. His company is amazing and they did such an incredible job. "Well I assure you that we have no control over the material purchased from a third-party vendor but we will warrantee all materials because you’ve just informed me less than 48 hours ago about garbage being in the job and the job is now three months old I will call a representative from Ranger asphalt to look into this on Monday, December 7 I assure you that the workmanship of the installation was more than professional and all procedures To install a asphalt driveway was followed a professional paving machine that meets and exceeds all specifications for a driveway was used"

It went great! From the first point of contact, Anthony, who was very pleasant, up front and detailed with the information about the job his company would do for me; they showed up when they told me they would; provided me with my estimate; negotiated a little with me; and we agreed to a fair price for both. The team showed up right on time on the date I was told and did a great job. Very nice crew and did a great job, gave me a nice 2.5 inches of asphalt, finished on time and even did a few extra little items. I will strongly recommend this company to others.
