Most excellent! Ron took care of everything. Was on time, personable, bought all material, was punctual both with phone calls and arriving on site. After pulling off siding, identified a couple of minor issues and was able to respond quickly same day, and was flexible due to rainy weather. Ron and son Ron Jr super efficient and added a vapor barrier that was missing. Anyone hiring Rod should be very confident with his abilities and work ethic.

I would absolutely hire him again. The house looks brand new. It was difficult to find a contractor to replace T1-11 siding. I am so glad I found Ronald Drane Construction. The quality of the work is outstanding. He and his crew started the work right away and showed up every day as promised. I could not be happier. He even returned the leftover materials to the supplier so I could be refunded.
