Robert's Tree Works And Landscaping

Robert and a team of 3 guys spent an entire day tree trimming and shaping. They worked very hard/cleaned and removed all debris from property. Satisfied with their handwork and amount of trees trimmed in 1 day. They did leave piles of debris, but did come back the next day to remove all debris as promised. Would use their service again.

Robert stopped by the house to give an estimate on a Sunday and with the intent of returning that week. Although it was during the holidays, he confirmed that he would complete the work before the new year. 
He was quick to return and begin the work. Everything was completed, with the exception of 1-Dead Tree trunk which had a bee hive growing in it. They cut the tree and quickly vacated the area, with the intent of returning once the hive had been killed/removed. Fortunately that same day I had my lawn fumigation company providing their quarterly service and were able to spray/kill the hive. From this point forward, my communication with Randy has been impossible. Several promises to return and to date, they have only removed the trunk, but have not completed removing the trunk as promised. I was told he would return this week, but nothing to date. (January 20th). I waited an additional week and no completion. I have no other recourse but to contact the BBB and seek legal remedy. 

The project took a full day.  The crew arrived worked quickly and cleaned up everything after leaving.  They cleaned up and trimmed all that they had agreed to plus trimmed back some other birds of paradise trees that were also overgrown.  The day after they left I realized they had struck and broken a pipe on the sprinkler system.  Robert came back out the next day to repair the pipe and put in a bit more mulch that had been washed away.  Overall I am extremely happy with the work and I would definitely call them again.  I have receive many complements from my neighbors on how good my yard looks now.

Robert promptly returned our call and came over the next day for an estimate on time.  After review our bids we selected him and they were able to perform the removal in a week and a half.  The job took a day and half with grinding the tree was that big.  All cleanup was performed leaving property in good shape.  Would recommend.

After having 2 other quotes from local tree services, I contacted Robert's Tree Service and made an appointment. Robert, the owner, showed up on time and we did a walk around the property. I told him everything I want done, and Robert couldn't have been more understanding of my needs and had a vision for what needed to get done. After settling on a very reasonable price, they began work right away. Robert had a crew of about 6 or 7 guys, and they worked the entire time. Robert was on site the whole time, and I worked directly with him telling which limbs to come down, especially on my tall mango tree in the back yard. After completing the job, I did another walk around with Robert to make sure everything was trimmed to my liking. Very professional crew, and excellent work ethic. They will be my go to tree service from now on.

This company was very professional.  They came on time, did exactly what they said they were going to and did it in a timely manner.  They cleaned up the mess and hauled it all away.  I was very pleased with them and will call them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

It went good overall. They had general good attitude towards tending to particular cutting requests. Shawn mentioned they were drumming up for business in the neighborhood as they had someone reschedule and did not want to waste their trip. The whole crew worked fast and professionally. They only missed picking up a few branches. That's the reason for a B in Quality. Mike the main tree cutter was particularly good.

As a follow-up to my last report, Robert's tree Service negotiated with my wife to continue the work originally contracted that afternoon (the police had already came and gone). The individual that we had trouble with was nowhere in sight. The men worked hard and the owner (a nice young lady) stayed for the duration of the job. The final outcome was acceptable and the charge was fixed as agreed even though some extra work was also performed to smooth ruffled feathers. The fact that the owner came out after the intial problem was for me a very good indication that this was not a "fly-by'night" operation and that she honestly cared whether we were satisfied with the end result. Although I would never want to hurt a small business by a negative report, (even though it all ended on a good note) the initial chaos was inexcusable. Anyone that hires them should bear in mind that they will do good work for a fair price, but beware from my experience.......
