Michael and his team at Ringler Landscape Design did an excellent job advising us on tree removal and replacement and landscape design, they removed our old tree stumps and re-patched the turf - and helped us select a beautiful unique Jakaranda tree - it looks amazing! They arrived on time and worked quickly and cleanly - what more could you want?

Mike Ringler met with us and helped us design our backyard. Mike is very knowledgeable and helps you meet your expectations. We had to remove our grass and replace it with rocks, plant 5 Xmas palms and 2 foxtail palms plus moving pipes and replanting some bushes. Major work was needed. Once I approved the estimate, they came out and Miles Shearouse took care of the work. Miles loves his job and is very knowledgeable about plants and trees! His passion for perfection in the work being done is what I loved the most. I could not be happier with the job they did! The results are amazing. I strongly recommend Ringler landscaping if you want the job done right!

We hired Ringler to do a complete make over in our front yard. After meeting with Mike and discussing some ideas, Mike went back and created a digital image using graphic software to project what the design would look like. All the other companies we had spoken to just gave us a list of flowers and plants and you had to visualize what it would look like in the end. The graphic design is what sold us. In the end, we went with Ringler and could not have been happier. Mike and his crew did an awesome job!! I would highly recommend him for any of your landscaping needs.

Mike and his team were on time and delivered as promised. I'm a seasoned diyer and was going to tackle this by myself. However, I got a quote just to see where we'd be. Unbelievably, the total cost of the job was fairly close to what I was going to pay doing all of it myself. They arrived early in the day and finished by lunch. His crew did a fantastic job, so happy I didn't try it myself!

They did a fantastic job. They provide a landscape design and they did a great job. He gave me a picture of different varieties of foliages that I can choose from. There were on time and came when they said they will come, They were respectful! Michael Ringler has an extensive knowledge in arrangements of the landscape and very professional. I would recommend him highly.

Mike Ringler, the owner, really listened to (and ultimately exceeded) our objectives in the reworking of our tired old landscaping, including providing a proposal that met our budget. Mike kept us well-informed of the work schedule, has a great eye for landscape design, and is easy to work with. His crew was polite, extremely helpful and professional. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

So far just great! This review is an update to a negative review I posted the other day. After posting my negative review I received a phone call from Mike ringler the owner of this company. He explained that Angie's List has changed the way they handle BIG DEALS. They no longer supply the vendor with the members contact information when the member purchases one of their BIG DEALS. So he had no way to contact me until I posted my negative review for not being contacted. Thus the problem rests with Angie's List and not with the vendor. The purchase process requests that I as the member select 3 available contact dates, which I did but because the vendor was not notified by Angie's List with my contact information, he had no way of knowing that I had made my purchase. I will post a further review when the work is completed.

He sub-contracted the tree trimming with somebody that was not properly equipped for the job. I had better equipment than he did and actually lent them my equipment to use so that they could cut my own trees. That's how bad it was. I got the landscaping done to rid my landscaping of weeds and after he was done, a short time later, the weeds were worse. He used plants that were very high maintenance. We're a mosquito city down here in Florida. The worst thing he could have done, which is what he did was put some giant bromeliads. They were pretty, but they hold water and suck mosquitoes. They're right near my front door. He also blocked one of my sprinklers with a new shrub that he put in. He did not reinstall the drain pan to the downspout of one of my rain gutters properly. That has never been right since. He was bad news. He actually was calling me asking for a write-up with Angie's List. I wouldn't do it at the time. He then sent me - I still have it - a form to fill out about what my experience with him was like. I just considered it such a bad experience, I didn't even want to think about it any more. I felt like it was a waste of money. When I complained about the weeds - and I don't complain easily because I know that work is hard and I appreciate the hard work people put into things - he never told me that he came out. I had a neighbor that told me that they saw him and another employee of his come out, stand in my driveway, look at what they had done, just stood there and got back into their vehicle and drove away, without a word. They never even called me about it.

"Mr. [Removed members name], After speaking today, your very words contradicted much of what you have written here. You never once called us about the weeds. In fact, we called on two separate occasions to check on the installation. We were contracted to do an installation, and after the fact you asked about tree trimming, which we had not brought the proper equipment to do that day, but we still got the job done for you. When we left you were extremely happy with the installation, as you reiterated today on the phone. We live in south florida, weeds are inevitable. If you had called, or even told us when we called, about your issue, we would have shown up. However, we had no idea there even was an issue. We also would have told you that pulling weeds causes the germination and further growth of new weeds, which you admitted to doing on the phone. We are not a residential landscape maintenance company, we are a residential and commercial landscape installation company. That being said, if an installation is completed perfectly, it is unfair to base your review of our work on your maintenance which is done afterwards. I understand it is more cost effective to do it yourself, but you can always call us for guidance when things are going wrong. It has been OVER a year, and we have tried contacting you multiple times. We cannot provide customer service to someone who is unresponsive. We are sorry for your inconvenience, and have offered to help you resolve the issue, but you have refused our help Again, "until further notice". I believe we have offered all we can, and are being held to extremely unfair and belated expectations."

Not good. Plantings in front are too close to fountain and wrong type. Don't make the same mistake we did. Wait until you are 100% satisfied before paying him. We have been waiting for 3 weeks for a fix.
