Our landscape management packages also have options for tree trimming, fertilization, irrigation maintenance and management, and annual installation services for all of Palm Beach County."

As you were refunded, and the description of the Big Deal was available for you to see before purchase, would you consider removing this review? We do not feel that a low ranking review for services that were never rendered provides a fair depiction of our company. Please keep in mind that people view these reviews, and typically reviews are written by customers who have used our service. Your review is more related to a package, sold by Angies List on our behalf, of which you received a refund for, and opted not to utilize. "Mr. [Removed members name], After speaking today, your very words contradicted much of what you have written here. You never once called us about the weeds. In fact, we called on two separate occasions to check on the installation. We were contracted to do an installation, and after the fact you asked about tree trimming, which we had not brought the proper equipment to do that day, but we still got the job done for you. When we left you were extremely happy with the installation, as you reiterated today on the phone. We live in south florida, weeds are inevitable. If you had called, or even told us when we called, about your issue, we would have shown up. However, we had no idea there even was an issue. We also would have told you that pulling weeds causes the germination and further growth of new weeds, which you admitted to doing on the phone. We are not a residential landscape maintenance company, we are a residential and commercial landscape installation company. That being said, if an installation is completed perfectly, it is unfair to base your review of our work on your maintenance which is done afterwards. I understand it is more cost effective to do it yourself, but you can always call us for guidance when things are going wrong. It has been OVER a year, and we have tried contacting you multiple times. We cannot provide customer service to someone who is unresponsive. We are sorry for your inconvenience, and have offered to help you resolve the issue, but you have refused our help Again, "until further notice". I believe we have offered all we can, and are being held to extremely unfair and belated expectations."
