Everything is working perfectly now! I feel like I'm in a electrically safe house now. They were very good. They sent out two men: the owner, Henry Kraft, and his wonderful assistant, William. I'm so glad I had them because they really knew what they were doing and we had a lot of electrical problems. They worked really hard over the approx. 20 hours of work. They were very, very nice and polite men. It was a pleasure to be in their company. They explained everything along the way and kept me involved. Every problem that arose, I was kept in the loop.

Henry is very honest and nice. He is busy so it is not easy to get ahold of him quickly. But, he is very competent and stands behind his work. We had a problem with bathroom fan he purchased and installed - it stopped working. He came right back and corerected it.
