Great. They did it in a timely manner

As part of getting my roof repaired, the water-heater solar panel had to be removed and remounted correctly. Chuck was upfront and professional. He worked closely with the roofing company in order to get the job done correctly. This job took almost the entire day and still everyone was upbeat.

It went great! They provided fast service, showed up on time and worked together very well. It was excellent, I have never had such a good service.

Upon the completion of that work, it was clear to me that the job had proved to be more difficult (at least in part because of the great heat reflected from the white metal roof) and time consuming than had been originally estimated. Nevertheless, the fee I was charged remained at the original estimate. Not only was an excellent job done removing the solar panels, replacing the wooden supports and reattaching the panels, Chuck observed and replaced a leaking pipe joint without even informing me until the job was completed (and without requesting an additional fee). Chuck?s manner was uniformly professional. Without exception, he did exactly what he said he would do. The quality of the completed project significantly exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend Red Hot Solar to anyone needing services of this sort.

Provider was quickly responsive to my call and made arrangements to be there the next day. He was true to his word. Also, his office k ept me in the loop on time during the day.

They were very good, very nice man, and very professional. In fact, I was going to go and write a review on them, I just have gotten it yet because he's just here today. They were responsive.

I called Red Hot Solar Energy around 9:00 AM in the morning and Chuck (the owner) and Kevin were at my house at 2:00 PM. Once I told them what was going on, they immediately went to work. They inspected the system and discovered another leak that has been present since the original install of the replacement water tank about 3 years ago. (They were not the contractor who installed the original system nor the replacement water heater.) Immediately, Kevin went on the roof while Chuck worked fixing the leak at the tank.
They coordinated their efforts and within a couple of minutes Kevin was down from the roof with the old parts in his hand. There was no doubt that they needed replacing.
Chuck was working on water heater itself. He removed the leaking piping and re-installed new lines. The whole process took a little more than an hour.
The price was very reasonable, especially considering that the bill included the cost of parts.
I highly recommend Red Hot Solar Energy and will use them again when the time comes.

It all went very well. Chuck diagnosed the problem correctly the first time and promptly ordered and installed the replacement water pump in a very short time thereafter. We believe his repair was very cost effective considering the savings we are now realizing from heating our water from the sun and not from the electric company. We are very happy!

Solar water heating system did not work properly after two attempted repairs by another company. Chuck from Red Hot Solar Energy showed on time, analyzed the root of the problem and fixed the problem. The problem had to do with the understanding of the design of solar water systems which many other installers are lacking of. We are satisfied!

After having an absolutely horrible time with 3 other solar companies doing a terrible job and spending a lot of money having to pay them to come back and fix their work, I somehow found Red Hot Solar. Chuck is the owner/operator and his work is outstanding. I actually haven't seen them is quite a while because they do it right the fist time and I have not had one problem in about 2 years. Because of this I can't quite remember what I paid, but I do remember I was very happy with the price. We are so grateful to him for fixing the solar system that heats our pool. They go the extra mile for you. One time during the aftermath of a hurricane, I couldn't shut off my automatic valve and he took the time to stay on the phone and talk me through turning it off. It was not easy. He has come over when we called at the last minute when he had worked a long day just to help us. I could tell that he was beat but he fixed our problem right away. I have verbally recommended Red Hot Solar to many people for years. Their work is Excellent.
