We have a lot of landscaping around the perimeter of our house and don't have gutters on most of the house so I was worried that the chemical would burn the landscaping. We put tarps over most of the landscaping but some areas weren't covered. There was very minor browning of a few of the leaves in the areas that weren't covered but nothing I would complain about. The roof looks like new again. Even the downward facing edges that most pressure clean companies miss look great. Todd and his son are very easy to work with, friendly and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Todd and his son arrived this morning even a little earlier than their scheduled time with a smile and ready to get to work. They did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the results. My roof and enclosed patio were a mess and now I smile when I look at them. I will definitely call them again.

The Pressure Pro's crew including the owner showed up on time and chemically cleaned my roof which looks very good as have all cleaning's I've had done for the last 15 years by a variety of services. The proof will be it's appearance at the end of the two-year warranty. The cleaning of the driveway, sidewalk and lanai was mediocre. The crew spent a total of about 1 1/2 hours doing the work. My problem with Pressure Pro's is the extensive damage their chemicals did to many of my plants under and near the roof drip zone and the attitude of the owner when I complained (the attached photos were taken about five days after the roof treatment). When the crew showed up at the scheduled time (they were punctual), I expressed my concerns that my roof does not have gutters and asked how the plants would be protected. I was assured that they would "super soak" the roots and spray off the solution from the leaves. They also recommended that I turn on my sprinklers after the roof treatment was done. I told them I had a a community sprinkler system and could not turn it on myself. He again assured me there would be no problem with the plants. However, there was a problem, even though I heavily watered my plants and grass at the drip line following the cleaning severe damage occurred to one of my trees (Jatropa), Yesterday, today and tomorrow plant, and the grass on one side of the house. I called the company on December 19th to complain about the problem and the owner came out the next day (again a prompt response) to add waters to the plants. I told him to stop since I had been doing this since the day of the roof treatment. After I complained about the plants and why he didn't protect them, he asked me "if I was done venting." I will probably be done venting after I have the cut back to remove the numerous dead branches on the tree, I replace the "today, yesterday and tomorrow" and the grass regrows or is re-sodded. The owner took no responsibility for the damage. I will not be using them again and highly recommend that if the home does not have gutters, this service not be used. One interesting fact is that I had originally selected another company to clean my roof. When they arrived and saw I didn't have gutters the owner discouraged me from using them in that he could not guarantee plants would not be damaged, especially because of the cold weather. I should have listened better.

2nd time around. Todd Barbieri took my $800 cash deposit on 9/25, power washed my pavers and was to return the next day to seal. There was some rain but he claims to have worked every day since yet he was not able to seal our pavers. Last week he told my husband on speaker phone that he would do it Sunday. Come Monday, no call, no show, nothing. I began the process of demanding my money back and was given nothing but excuses, hung up on, he hung up twice on my husband. I wrote this review previously because he refused to give us our money back; which by now the pavers were no longer ready to be sealed. He told my husband yesterday after hanging up on him the first 2nd time that he would give us our money back if I removed the review. I removed the review and then he offered to seal the pavers Monday. The pavers aren't ready to be sealed anymore and I do not do business with people like this. Still insisting on keeping our $800 I will have to take him to court to get our money back. What a horrible experience and to boot he's blaming this on me. I guess nobody ever taught him anything about customer service. Bad Bad experience. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

This crew did an amazing job!! My house was a disaster after the hurricane. Todd was great to work with from beginning to end. They were here at the time specified, worked well during the process and made sure I was completely happy before leaving. I would definetly recommend this company!!
