Pierre sent someone out the same day.  They were quick to diagnose the issue.  They needed materials to finish the job and they were able to deliver the items very quickly between technicians.  They have good experience with the Generac models and their transfer switch and its required connections.  They were able to finish the work and test the unit.  I have a high degree of confidence with their workmanship.  They were very punctual and did not penalize me for not using them to begin with.  I will use them again.  Very good folks.
