They came out and checked everything. He told me they needed to get extra parts and I prepaid for them. He never came back to install the parts that I ordered. He told me that my pool pipes was leaking and charged me $85 to fix the leak. The pool pipes started leaking again and he refused to honor the warranty. He did not send me a receipt for the parts. Simon is a really nasty person to do business with. He could care less about service, he just goes in your house and tries to make as much money as he can. His word means nothing and he has no ethics.

Simon arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable person. He installed the pump and took care of other small issues patiently. I would definitely call him again and recommend to friends and family.

Very nice gentleman, found the problem (broken sprinkler line) in 5 minutes, had it repaired in 20 minutes. I will DEFINITELY call him if I need additional service in the future!

The service went well. He understood the problem quickly and came back the next day to do the pump repair for my irrigation system.

I did not use him. However, he helped me out, although I did not do it, I got to give him two feathers for doing that because he went above and beyond what customer service was. He was spot on in terms of responsiveness and punctuality. I would use his services again in the future.

They did a very nice job. I spent around $500. It was an excellent experience. They came back out and did some followup. They also did some minor tuning. They were easy to reach and they were punctual. They were very knowledgeable and did a better job than the plumbers I have had in the past. They were cheaper than the other guys. They had better products. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The company responded very quickly to our call and arrived promptly at the appointed time. They worked hard and fast and were very knowledgeable about the system. We would use them again for irrigation any time and will call if we have plumbing or other problems that the company deals with. I don't remember how much they charged, but we felt the price was fair.

What's remarkable is, after having two different companies that supposedly specialize in this type of work unsuccessfully diagnose the problem after three (3) expensive service calls, Simon diagnosed the problem over the phone this morning and was able to quote a price. He arrived with the part this afternoon and completed and tested his work within 45 minutes. As a bonus, he reinforced the intake valves with a heavier gauge PVC. This guy is good. I wish I would have consulted Angie's List the first time I had the problem instead of relying upon references from the water system manufacturers.

I have been meaning to repair and supplement my faulty old lawn well-watering system for a while and afraid of the cost. Simon and Chris came out, carefully looked it over and then went over everything with me. They reviewed what needed replacement and showed me plenty that did not and some that just needed repair. They did not pressure me to replace an old pump but said that when it needed it, then they could. Having a well-water system and water that is prone to rust stains, I asked about an in-line filter to install and they gave me advice on how to get around the problem if I wanted (in lieu of selling me another piece), but offered to install it just the same if I'd wanted it. When they were finished, having spent a lot of time and effort digging and adjusting, they informed me that the price was less than their quote since they hadn't used one or two items and, even with that, they would be back to fix one thing that didn't suit them! Great job.

Simon came out promptly the day I called and told me what was wrong with my sprinkler system and how to fix it. He gave me a price and we agreed on the time for the next day to do the repair. He and his assistant were here at the time appointed and got it all done in a few hours. I am very pleased.
