JIMS STUMP REMOVAL

They were good. They made sure the job was done the way I wanted. My interaction with them was good. It was gone and everything worked out well.

I called Jim after seeing a review of his business on Angie's List. I liked what he wrote in his business summary: if you called his number, he'd be the one answering the call. I like that. He offered to come over the same day and look at my proposed stump removal job. The knee-high stump was the last bit of a 35-foot ficus tree. The stump was very large in diameter and it was covered in weedy vines. Jim arrived when he said he would, gave me a reasonable estimate and proceeded to do the job right then and there! No waiting for another appointment. I was in heaven. He did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted. It was a wonderful experience. He even went above and beyond in the cleanup by blowing out the leaves (not part of the job) in my carport. It never looked so good!

I was really pleased with Jim's Stump Removal (AKA Jim's Tree Service). I called on a Sunday morning and he came on the same day around 1:00 PM - he even called to say he was running late. I had a nasty robellini palm stump in a tight spot - in front of the house between a wall and a pillar. He really placed his stump grinder accurately - no other marks or damage, and ground it out in short order. After several hours of digging, I have no idea why I didn't call him first - best $50 I've spent this year. Very friendly, very courteous and professional. I was a little wary, since I found him advertising on Google but saw no reviews, but I'm really very happy I called - I would highly recommend Jim.
