Very well, timing was good and they fixed a problem my air conditioner was having at no additional cost.. it fell under the maintenance plan I have.

It was a pleasant experience. They were punctual and professional. They did have to return the same day due to the a/c unit shutting off shortly after they left. They returned promptly ,did not know why the safety over flow part triggered but they replaced the part and did not charge.

This is a great company. They answer the phone, come when they promise, and don't just replace things that can be fixed or maintained. I would definitely recommend them. It isn't often that you find an honest company in this particular market and these guys are one of the keepers.

After having two other AC contractors tell me I needed a entire new system, First Air AC told me I only needed to have the coils cleaned on the one unit and only partial parts replacement of the upstairs system. Their honesty saved me money on the service and has ultimately save me on my electric bills. Thanks to their website, I saved 10% with their online coupon.
