Crystal Clear Water and Well Systems

TERRIBLE. Do not use Crystal Clear Water, Joshua Stanley, this company is horrible. They are not truthful. They do not care about customer service. It is one excuse after another or just plain abandonment. They do not honor the warranties. They cause you to have to pay other professionals for their mistakes. Josh is rude. This is the nicest thing I can possibly say about this man and his company. I have proof of every word here, let me know if you want to see it.

Awful! Only drilled to 60 ft. Resulting in iron laden water. Sold me iron control system which did nothing! As a result my driveway, pavers, white stones in beds are stained. Not to mention my entire home needs to be repainted. No satisfactory response from Josh who sold me entire package. Do NOT deal with this company. They did not pull permit either.

The tech was very polite and informative. Everything was done exceptionally well and in a timely fashion. I would without a doubt use them again the future for all of my water servicing needs and would highly recommend them to all. 

Crystal Clear Water and Well Systems does a reoccurring monthly service for me. Once a month I have salt delivered and installed . My experience has been nothing but wonderful.

They did a great job. My mom is older and they walked her through everything. They were punctual and very professional,

I don't know if the nightmare of customer service will ever end with this company. We had this company contracted for our city water run. They ran the pipe about 2-3" under the ground which is not to code. They had to be called out here multiple times to fix out sprinklers they cut through and fixed incorrectly. Now we have notices from the county they never filed the permit correctly and it is now invalid I have to file it again. This job was paid in full I really hate writing reviews like this they still are ignoring my calls and voicemails to get this rectified.
