A few years ago we replaced the carpet in our entire house with tile with the exception of two bedrooms. There have been many times throughout the years that we have cleaned the carpets ourselves with our own carpet cleaner. It appears that we may not have allowed enough time to let the carpets dry completely before we put furniture, plastic office chair mats, etc. back on the floor. Recently we replaced our plastic office chair mats and the removal of one of them caused such a musty smell it was very hard to breathe. This was a huge issue for me because I work from home full time in this room. On a Sunday morning at 9:30 I called the owner, Ken, at American Eagle Carpet Cleaning and explained the situation and he gladly agreed to come out one hour later. He did a superb job cleaning both of our carpets, coming prepared with an extra concentration of deodorizing ingredients to address the musty smell. When he was done, it was like we just installed brand new carpets!! I also should mention that his equipment is extensive in that he has his own soft water and a container to dispose the dirty water. We were so impressed with his work that we will be hiring American Eagle Carpet Cleaning again in the near future to clean the tile and grout in our house. American Eagle carpet cleaning came to my house to clean the intierier of my truck the man they sent did an exelent job I was pleased to see the amount of time he spent doing the job. It is nice to know you can find someone who cares about doing a great job for the customer.Overall the experience was great and after my wife saw my truck she now wants the couches cleaned cant wait to see how they turn out they just might keep me from buying new couches.
