Left my house unsecured and leaving my garage door open when they knew nobody was home also didn't pull the permit until after the work done you're not supposed to do that that's illegal. they unplugged my freezer and the told me it wasn't their job to plug it in.

Terrible customer service from the electrician. I am getting another electrician to rectify what was done. I am not an electrician but even I can tell the poor quality of the work done. Very disappointed with it all. If this is the kind of business Angi is recommending I will never use AngiĆ¢ s services again.

Full disclosure: I initially left a 2 star review, because the worker who came out did a terrible job. I did complain to the company before writing the review. However, very much out of my character, I did not give them time to address my complaint before writing my review. The supervisor came out and repaired the problems about which I was concerned. He also refunded the portion of the bill for which I felt I had been grossly overcharged. (Note: Do not think you can just renegotiate your bill :-). I was charged for work that had not really been performed)

electrical fans were not working. they went and got new and different and better connections and installed them... they went above and beyond... realizing that one of the fans was not attached to ceiling correctly and fixed... thank you.!

Turned a simple 4 hour job, into 4 days. Worst I have ever seen.

As discussed in person, it initially appeared to be a very simple fix of only one electrical issue, but after getting a bit deeper into the job, it ended up being far more complicated than originally expected. It is very rare for a job to swing that far. Your experience is certainly not the norm, as we have received hundreds upon hundreds of nearly all 5 stars reviews over the past 10 years. However, this is a real-world example of how we never change our original quoted prices, even if deeper & unforeseen challenges arise. We spent those 4 days fixing ALL electrical issues at no additional charge and did our very best to make things right with you.
