AA Multi-Kote Int'l. Corp.

UPDATE: First let me start out by saying that Multi-Kote's product doesn't work, the owner (Peter Bedard) is unreliable, and he also tries to hit you up for more money for promises made. He almost never returns phone calls, sometimes takes 20-30 calls to get one returned. It took months and months for me to get Peter to come back to try and re-apply his 'roof fixin' solution'. There was always an excuse for him not to show up. Well, he finally did (twice) to no benefit! Finally I got a real roofer in and he fixed the issue in a day and said that Peter's fix doesn't work. Now I am trying to get my money back ($600) from Peter. He has admitted that he wants to pay me back but can't. And just like when I asked him to re-fix the roof there is always a reason he can't pay me back (he's sick, his wife's sick, he is broke, his car broke down, he had to move, he is stressed, etc.). I said I would even accept $50 every two weeks (no interest). After 5 months he still hasn't come up with the first $50, even as a good faith measure! There is so much more I can say but there is not enough space! Anyone who ever thinks of using this company or person is going to be in for a lot of hassle and will eventually lose their money and still need to get their roof fixed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY/PERSON EVER, NEVER DO IT!!! (I will keep updating this if anything changes - like he gives me my money back! LOL)

I would rate him a zero if I could. His roofing method didn't fix the problem. Waited months for him to come back, problem still not fixed. Hard to deal with. Nothing, NOTHING good about this company. NOTHING! DO NOT USE, EVER, FOR ANYTHING!!!
