Every went as scheduled, no issues at all. we actually are going to replace a sliding door with them now. We did it in two steps within 6 months period. We have recommended to friends and they were satisfied with their work as well.

Stu Ampel, salesman, was very high pressure; offered different deal if we signed at time of est. vs. next day. Estimator did not call when promised; one week later. We had to call to find out windows were in; crew was courteous and clean (just not enough of them as they were here until 8pm). Two windows were not as ordered. According to installer, windows were ordered incorrectly. According to Dave, factory error. We did not pay balance, as work was not done. Dave Keaton called to pressure us into paying part of remainder and was very rude on the call when we explained that we were sticking to the contract and that would pay the balance when work was complete. Hung up on us. Left message for Stu (salesman) who never returned our call. We had to call again to find out that windows (that were to shipped 'rush') were in two weeks after promised. Installation of those two windows went well, but again, took much longer than promised. We learned the same week that Stu had left the company.

Windows Plus made a great recommendation. The windows arrived on time and were installed perfectly. I worked with Dave Keaton who made several suggestions to make the new wall the center piece of our bonus room. The oversized windows and their position gave us a panoramic view. The quality was more than I had expected. The windows slide open with ease. And they block out the noise of the highway nearby. Their recommendation to have insulated windows also keeps this room cooler during the hot Florida summer. The windows made the project! We now have a wonderful view of our pool and back yard. Our family and friends love the new look.
