They do great. They are professional.

Overall, presentation was too long but they installed that day and the installer was great. He arrived early because the baby was due to have bathtime and he finished drilling the garage walls before we had to turn water off or baby went to bed. He even went in the crawl space so that he could hide the wire to the unit. Also I got the Giftcard when they installed. Not sure if they would have delivered if I didn't commit like the others, but I did get it as promised.

Very lengthy sales pitch. Overly gimmicky. Don't really need 10 different water tests to prove city water is bad. On the phone when we set up the appointment they highlighted how they would test our already filtered water at all locations we had a filter ie. Refrigerator, sink. The salesperson Jeff completely tried to avoid doing this. When he did text one of our filters it seemed to work just as well as his filter. We patiently stood through a 90 minute demonstration and would have been fine considering his offer after he left. BUT, he tried the hard sell. Questioning my logic for waiting and doing separate due diligence. I really don't understand how he could pressure me to make a $7K purchasing decision after his 90 min. He pushed me for the fourth time, when my wife decided to give him a piece of her mind. In particular, she advised him that he should take our stance and hope for the business later. The worst thing that she scolded him on was the fact that he entered our house so positive, but was obviously irritated with us when we said 'we won't buy yet'. So he received a 5 minute scolding and went on his way.

They offer a gift card for your time, but I think that may be a bit of a scam. I received a flyer where I could mail in for my gift card. Let's see if I end up receiving the card.

Excellent, installation was the next day, prompt service, excellent demonstration. System is working beautifully - we have clear clean water in the whole house.  Could not be more satisfied.  Had to call for service one time - promptly came and corrected the small issue.

Overall it was good. The equipment is expensive, but when I did a search of the product just after the meeting it rated very well. It was just the price that was an issue as well as getting the gift card. We did get our gift card and other accessories as promised in the time span promised.
