I had the water softener system installed in 2019. I had it serviced every year by them. In October 2024, they serviced it as usual, but a few months later when I checked the salt level it had not gone down and it appeared the unit was not working. I contacted them and they refused to come out and check it unless I paid another service fee. Is asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would call and never did. I then saw where the water line had been disconnected. I reconnected it hoping that the unit would work then - it did not. I have been contacting them since April 2025 and they refuse to call me back and fix the issue that they caused. Terrible service.

They do great. They are professional.

Overall, presentation was too long but they installed that day and the installer was great. He arrived early because the baby was due to have bathtime and he finished drilling the garage walls before we had to turn water off or baby went to bed. He even went in the crawl space so that he could hide the wire to the unit. Also I got the Giftcard when they installed. Not sure if they would have delivered if I didn't commit like the others, but I did get it as promised.

Excellent, installation was the next day, prompt service, excellent demonstration. System is working beautifully - we have clear clean water in the whole house.  Could not be more satisfied.  Had to call for service one time - promptly came and corrected the small issue.

Overall it was good. The equipment is expensive, but when I did a search of the product just after the meeting it rated very well. It was just the price that was an issue as well as getting the gift card. We did get our gift card and other accessories as promised in the time span promised.
