Took awhile to get them out here. Once they were out here, they were professional, hard-working and thorough. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves and were very courteous. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for awning work.

They were satisfactory. The cost was satisfactory. The effects of how they collected the money was very unsatisfactory. Their work was good. Everything was fine, but my only problem with them I rescinded the fact that they charged my credit card instantly long before they did the job. I didn't like that they're picking up the money before they even started by several weeks.

"We are pleased that you are happy with your new awnings! That is what matters most to us. To address your concern, all of our awnings are custom built for our customers. Because of this, we do require a 50 % deposit and the balance due on completion. We use this deposit to purchase your materials (fabric, paint etc.). Once we have received your materials, we then start manufacturing your awning. Once that is completed we can then schedule your install based on your contract completion time. We are happy that overall you were satisfied with your awnings and would use us again."

They predicted the job would be scheduled and completed in three to four weeks. Completed during third week. One piece was cut incorrectly. They did not want final payment until job was finished to my satisfaction. Returned a week later with piece cut properly and finished job. This was a relatively small job compared to big commercial accounts but they got to me and finished in a very reasonable time frame. Their employees work very hard and are very nice. They really want you to be satisfied with their work.
