I was preparing for a road trip to Maine and wanted my oil changed before we went. I brought it to this place because they were the closest ones to my job. I dropped my car off and went to work. A few hours later I get a phone call and was told my oil pan needed replacing because the place that did it before stripped the threading on the oil pan where the cap closes and it would be $500. So they were basically saying there wasn't any way for my car to be drivable unless they replaced the oil pan and that he called around to find one but it would be the next day before it was ready. Knowing nothing about cars I called my husband who's father is an ex-mechanic and both he and my father in-law called this guy and backed him into a corner with his lie. My father in-law knew this guy was trying to take advantage. So he told the guy what he needs to do is find a bigger knob and rethread the oil pan so it would be snug and we would take it to the place that messed it up to begin with.







I will never again do business with this place. They try and make more money off unsuspecting people who know nothing about car maintenance. Thank goodness I know someone who does otherwise I would have paid the money that I didn't need to and would have been out $500. Nothing else they did, not the price, not the service afterwards, not the time mattered because I do not like being lied to. Honesty goes a long way with me and makes me a recurring client. One lie ruins that.

I like their customer service. They tend to be straight with you. There had been several times that I have gone there and they have not charged me anything because it was not really something not workable. For a large business car shop, they are not scam bags. I was happy with the tires I got because if I was not happy, I would not have paid them. Their pricing is above average. They are just very busy there but if they do not finish the job on time, they know that I would hate it.
