I took my car in to check for the cause of loud noises coming from the back end of the car.  They determined the cause of the noise and explained that the part would be a special order from Honda, with the cost of installation being about $800.  Also realizing that I have been unemployed, I was told that it would not be necessary to fix the problem since it did not present a safety hazard and since I was not driving much.  They did not charge me for the work.

My experience with them has always been positive, and they always take care of everything. They are reliable, and I know that they will always fix my car when I take it there. They just took a couple of minutes to fix the battery wire. Their price is very fair, and they have charged me a lot lesser than other providers. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

These folks are always a pleasure to deal with. They remember who you are and many of them will remember your name. They listen to what you have to say and don't try to add any unnecessary services. I recently had a transmission issue that disappeared when they looked at it. They took it to a couple of different transmission houses to se if they could find the problem. No one was able to find anything. This cost me nothing. Best car repair experience I have ever had.
