Well this is the 2nd time writing about this company and a low rating on my experience with them. This is a review based on my experience. They installed our glass shower October 2017. On April 8, 2019 the glass just shattered. My husband was in the family room and he heard the glass just break. On that same day we called them and sent pictures of the shower section. We figured we would just go back to the company that installed it and get it fixed, it would save us time. Boy was we wrong. They came out and did measurements and told us it would be 7-10 business days. We thought the guy was going to clean up the glass but he told us that wasn't his job and that we needed to call the office to get it done. We called the office and they told us that they couldn't send someone to clean up the glass they would have to charge us. He said it would be cleaned up when they installed the replacement glass. So we waited 2 1/2 weeks and called and was informed that they did the measurement wrong and had to come back out and remeasure. I was annoyed because had we not called them they never would have called us. I was told by the owner that for the inconvenience they would refund me back $50. I then inquired if someone could at least come and clean the glass up since it was their fault that we didn't have our replacement glass. He still said it would be an additional charge. They came back out to remeasure on 4/26/19. The guy that came out told my husband that someone was coming that next day (Saturday) to clean up the glass. Well no one came as I suspected. I called on today (5/10/19) 2 weeks later to find out about the door and was told that someone would have to call me back. I am really getting tired of the lies, the runaround and delay. On 5/10/19 they called me back and informed me that they received the glass yesterday and there was a chip in the glass and they returned it for repair. She said they would get it back Monday and she would call me. I asked her how could it take 7-10 days to make a glass but now only 1 day to replace the glass. She told me she informed them this is a rush. It should have been a rush when they took the wrong measurements and made us wait an additional 3 weeks. They were supposed to call me back on Monday 5/13. After not hearing from them my husband called very upset to inquire about the glass. They informed him that the glass came in and someone would be out today to install. They called at 8:05am this morning that they had the glass and would be at the house in 30 minutes. They arrived, cleaned the broken glass up but yet again they say the glass won't fit the measurements are wrong. I believe they lied to us and was just trying to appease my angry husband by sending someone out. This will be the third time that someone will have to measure. Mind you this is not a whole shower enclosure just one panel and it's 6 weeks and still has not been repaired.

We contracted them for a shower glass installation on 9/27/17. We thought it was a fair price for the glass shower compared to our 3 estimates. The installers came on 10/6/17 and one of them was a little rude but we liked the glass shower. We let is set the entire weekend and did not use until that Monday. Every time we took a shower water was all over the floor! We called the store and one of the supervisors (I guess) came out and stated that the installers did not install the bottom molding on the bottom of the glass all around. He informed someone would be out on that Friday 10/13 but no call and no show. My husband called them on yesterday 10/16 twice to get someone out to do the work. They finally sent someone. We are still letting it set so don't know how it will be but will update. Also in the contract a free squeegee was supposed to be provided. I asked for it when they originally came to install and they didn't have one on the truck they was going to come back and provide it. Never did. We asked again when we called to inform water was leaking. Was told it would be put on the truck for Friday's install. They didn't show Friday so we didn't get it then. Asked again when we called Monday and was told it would be put on the truck, still have not received it. I just want the squeegee and nothing more to do with them. I would NOT recommend them.

Rick was very friendly, attentive, professional and responsive! A few other companies didn't return the call. His team of professionals measured correctly and installed beautiful glass enclosures and a door for the new shower we had built. Prompt, courteous and fairly priced - A++ plus they love animals!

Awful, customer service is a joke at this place. All they are concerned about is money and not providing customer service.

This provider did a beautiful job and gave me a high-quality product at a very reasonable price. The measuring/install team was very professional and courteous. The owner did not try to upsell me, but instead encouraged me to replace the glass shower only, even though he could have tried to talk me into tile as well. My calls were all answered promptly.



The only downside is that this company changes their schedule frequently and doesn't call the customer to tell them. Of the four times they were scheduled to come to my home, they showed up as scheduled only once. The other times they did not show up and did not call. When I called them to ask where they were, they seemed to be vaguely aware that they should have called me, but not too terribly concerned about it.  So, you need to have a great deal of patience to work with this company. And you need to proactively re-confirm any appointment with them.  Call them the day of the appointment, even if they told you the night before that they are coming to your house first. It can change, and they won't call you to tell you.

It was ok in the end, it took much longer than anticipated. First time is was measured incorrectly and took about 3 to 4 week to have the process done.

They were great to work with. We had our own tile installer and they did a great job installing the shower door. Would highly recommend their products.  They had a wonderful selection to choose from.

Contacted and ordered piece of glass on May 7th. Said it would be 7-10 days. Contacted him around the 13th to see why I had not heard anything from him about the glass. Was told they were having problems with getting their glass in and would be probably be getting it in the next day as they had a shipment due to come in. I didn't hear from him until the 23rd that it was in. I returned his call on the 24th and made arrangements for the glass to be installed on Tuesday the 28th and they were to call me that morning to let me know what time. I called them on the 28th around 2:25 as I had not heard from them and Rick had forgot I had an appointment with them for them to install that day. So we made other arrangements for them to come out on 30th. So the 30th comes and at 2:00 his installer calls and says it's going to be another 45 minutes before they can get out. So I told them we would just reschedule for the next day. The installer said he would have Rick call me that night. I never heard from Rick. I called him the next day to see why I hadn't heard from him to reschedule and to get another appointment and he said he could send the guy out when they got back but they were already in Apopka and would have to come back and get the glass. Rick wanted to know if we could just do it Monday. I said that was okay cause by then it really didn't matter when they came out since I was starting to change my mind about having it installed after waiting so long to begin with.  But I had already given him $200.00 of the $350. When I said Monday was okay, he said good now he could send his guy to work on his house since they were a couple blocks from there. The guy did come install it on Monday and did a good job installing it. The glass was nice. I didn't get a receipt for the work done or what I had paid. When I asked the installer about the balance due he said I could use my card and call it into Rick. Well, I figured with all the time I had to wait and all the hassle I had to deal with on this they could wait for the remainder of the payment so I didn't call it in right away. By the next day I already had a hold on my card for the remaining balance. I didn't authorize him to use that card and he ran it anyway. For someone that is suppose to be a business professional I did not find this company to be professional at all. I will not use them again. 

Everything went well.  They came to measure, came a week later to install.  Some of the measurements were off, so they had to reorder one piece, which they installed a week later.  Nice work.

Overall we are happy with the install but gave them a B as the first door delivered had a few small scratches.  I called the manager of the store and he had the door re-made.  The only knock was having to have the system re-installed two weeks later.  I would use them again.

Arrived on schedule to measure ... arrived on schedule to install. Intallation done professionally with quality results. Left some work to do for us to fill-in old fittings.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, BUT THE ESTIMATE WAS DONE BY PHONE. THE WRONG TINTED GLASS (GRAY) WAS BROUGHT BY THE INSTALLER WHICH CAUSED A ONE WEEK DELAY IN COMPLETION. THE WORK WAS DONE ON A SATURDAY WHICH WAS GREAT FOR OUR SCHEDULE.
