This was a $160 big deal purchase. They were on time, but it is called Towncar Chauffeur -- there wasn't a towncar -- it was a smaller car which I was not happy about. Other than that they were fine. I liked that they brought us water when they picked us up at the airport. My interaction with them was fine; he was friendly. I spent exactly what I paid for. To get a better grade from me they could do better in the future by having better vehicles. When they are calling themselves Towncar Chauffeur you should be picked up in a towncar or something similar. We wanted them to meet us at the baggage claim because we had so many bags, but he just kept on saying no, he would meet us outside the baggage claim. So he did not come in and help us with the bags when he picked us up. Every other service I have ever had, they park, come in, help us with the bags and get the car. Their price is fair.
