Sutherland Heritage

The original job entailed installation of engineered hardwood in the great room and replacing the kitchen floor tile.  Dave did such an amazing job that I asked him to install engineered hardwood in my office and replace the tile in the foyer and hallway.  That looked so amazing that I asked him to remodel the guest bathroom.  In addition, he installed new cabinets in the utility room.  Finally, I had him fabricate and install a seating bench which spans the entire patio.  Dave and his crew were on site every morning by 7:30 AM and they worked straight through until 5:30 and sometimes even later every day -- 6 days a week in order to get it finished by Christmas!  Dave has a real eye for detail and design and had some really good suggestions for the tile layout. He is very particular about the quality of workmanship.  Also, I was able to buy wholesale materials for the project from ProSource through Dave.  ProSource has an amazing inventory of carpet, tile, flooring, cabinets, etc. but only sells to the trades, so you have to access them through your installer/contractor.  I paid for the materials and Dave charged me for the labor.  The labor turned out to be around $10,000. Overall, this was a really great experience and I cannot say enough good things about the process and the outcome.
