THEY NEED TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS. WHEN WE FOUND PROBLEMS WITH THE HOUSE, THEY DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IN TIME. THEY WEREN'T RESPONSIVE WHEN WE HAD PROBLEM. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME WHEN YOU CALL THEM. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME TO COME OUT. HOMEOWNERS ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THAT.
