 + -1 moreWhen the furniture was delivered back to me and valance installed I told Dean Still's the following: The valance was too bulky, the lining was uneven, and that on one had even ironed it. Dean said that he would take care of it. The 2 ottomans were too big and too high when placed up to the chairs, and I have no idea what type of interfacing was used for the skirts but that they will not lie down even after pinning them in place for months. Dean told me that he would take care of everything. I called Dean and called him. Sometines he would tell me that he would be over tomorrow. The last time that I called Dean he answered the telephone and told me that "Dean" was not in! In January of 2012 I sent Still's a certified, return receipt letter, which was signed for by Still's Upholstery. I NEVER heard a wod back! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: I hired Still's to construct 2 ottomans and recover 2 chairs, plus make a valance for my kitchen area.
