Camper trailers have notoriously weak flooring to keep manufacturing costs down, as well as to save weight. Replacing water damaged flooring is a very complicated task, as it is nearly impossible to remove walls, vanities, closets, etc. I had gotten Scott's name from a couple of my neighbors who had used him in the recent past. They described this guy as a perfectionist. When I brought my trailer to Scott, I asked him to fix the floors as though the trailer belonged to him. It turns out he does all of his jobs like that. Scott fabricated the proper thickness of replacement flooring, which in itself was a difficult task because most of the thickness of the flooring is due to a layer of Styrofoam. All of the plywood Scott custom cut was treated with sealants to prevent future damage. After he secured the wood in place, Scott went a step further and welded sheets of steel to the underside of the trailer. He even primed the steel to prevent it from rusting before I could spray it with Rustolleum. Lastly, Scott doesn't do cheap work. But if you want top notch work done right the first time - he's your man. He's got a customer for life in me.
