About us
ShadowCat, LLC is owned and operated by one person, which means you are always dealing with the owner, not just a random employee. My full time job is a computer software engineer, so you can be assured of being treated professionally at all times by me. I use a Caterpillar 289D track loader to do landscaping and Bobcat style services such as dirt moving, driveway removals, pool fill ins, etc. The 289D is one of the largest track loaders that can fit in a yard and has tremendous power. When I am hired to remove items, that is what I will do for you without any attempt to upsell you or change the price (unless you change the load of course!). I will not waste your time trying to bill you for other services, that is poor customer services in my opinion. ShadowCat uses an 12 cubic yard dump truck, not a small pickup truck, so I can take more in one load and not add extra load charges like smaller truck operators for most jobs. All communications are with the Owner so you will get one answer, no double talk, and excellent customer service. I am the one who will show up to your home or property and do the work and there will be no attempt to sell you other services that you do not ask for.
