SCREEN WORKS

Completed work on time, but had to ask them to come back twice to fix problems. Had to call numerous times to contact them, since they were not good at returning calls. They missed several appointments without explaination. Work was finally completed to our satisfaction, but would not use them again.

Norm, who owns the company, was on-time for our initial meeting for an estimate. He was interested in doing this small job though, admittedly, most of his jobs are larger, such as pool enclosures -- both new and repairs. A couple of other companies called -- that claimed to accept small jobs -- lost interest when I told them what I needed. The estimate was very fair and he would have the job completed in a day, taking the screen panels to do the work in his shop. The following morning he delivered the completed panels at the appointed hour, reinstalled them and made sure they opened/closed properly. The work appears to be performed well and I am very satisfied with Norm's performance.
