I am a 5 time returning customer, I have referred countless friends to this business including my family who are also returning customers themselves and I myself was referred by a multi-returning customer. The quality of work is superior and there is no doubt about that. However, I sent my wife today with instructions to get 5% around the vehicle and she not being experienced in this process decided to not get the front windows done. The problem here, is she made a mistake and a costly one at that. I base my review solely on customer service at this point and not the quality of work. Within an hour or so after I saw the vehicle we asked if we could change the front two to its correct % and were told it would cost us. Working in customer service for 10+ years this is unacceptable. We are multi-returning customers who have been loyal for years and that is the response we get? Nickel and dimed is exactly how I felt the owner treated us today after spending $300 at his business, and well over a thousand in previous vehicles. My recommendation would be to carefully select a window tinting company whom strides in excellent customer service to ensure your money is being spent comfortably.

Awesome Job. On time, quality work, looks great. I liked the fact that he uses a computer device to accurately cut the window tint. It looks great.

We always check the reviews carefully before we order any products or services, and chose Precision Window Tinting in Longwood because they received such excellent ratings. The owners, Damian and Tresa, are an amiable couple we found to be very knowledgeable and highly principled in their dealings with us. They showed us a variety of samples in different price ranges and explained each product thoroughly. We ordered the Color Stable film since it lasts longer than the dyed products. Damian more than saved us the difference in price by using a light meter on the rear seat windows and advising they didn't need to be replaced since they hadn't received the same wear and tear and would match the new tinting perfectly. Finally, the rear window has a defroster built into the glass, and we were concerned that when existing film is removed it can sometimes result in disabling this type of defroster. However, Damian was able to complete this delicate installation with no problem. There was no charge for the lifetime warranty we received on completion. The actual work took a little over 3 hours, which matched the estimated time. If you want to wait while your car is being worked on, the waiting area is clean and comfortable, and there's a good restaurant only a one-minute walk away. Precision deserves our highest recommendation. They saved us some money, and did a flawless job on our Toyota Avalon.

Went great. Was easy to schedule appt. Brought car in and was able to wait comfortably while work was completed. We needed to have tint match the factory tint we had in back windows and he did a great job.

Shortly after contacting Damian for a quote, I called him back and scheduled my appointment. Upon arriving for my appointment I found Damian waiting for me. We reviewed the various options of tint types and shades. After my selection, Damian pulled my vehicle into the service bay. Now speaking of his "shop", this one one cool place. Basically, you can either recline  and relax in a living room setting, or as I did, watch as he does his magic. Honestly, I found the entire process extremely interesting. The last time I watched the process of applying tinting to windows was back in the 80's. And, I could tell Damian's level of concentration, due to the fact that he queued up some awesome tunes just before he got started. I regretfully forgot to ask for the playlist. During the entire process Damian was courteous, professional and ready to answer any question I had. He even has a slick setup which allows him to answer the phone without skipping a beat. In short, I plan on copying it. Well, 90+ minutes passed and 
Damian was completed with the installed, He reviewed the do & don't and how the care for the tint. I told him that I may be returning soon, as my other vehicle has failing tint, which was installed within the past year....obviously by someone else. To summarize, Precision Window Tinting is definitely to place to go and  Damian is the man!

Damian was awesome. He showed me all the options, I chose what I wanted and he pulled my truck inside his shop and did his thing. My windows look awesome. Highly recommend using this company for your tinting needs.

This is my second experience with Precision Window Tinting; the first was several years ago on another vehicle we have. The quality of product and workmanship speak for themselves, as the tint on that one continues to look great. Like the first time, Damien was prompt, went over the variety of products he offers, explained the merits, touched on legal limitations, etc., and never tried to "hard sell" any particular product or service. He continues to pays close attention to detail, as the job was completed in a reasonable length of time and came out looking as nice or nicer than I had expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision to family and friends.

He was very thorough in explaining the types of film and most importantly cautioned me about going to dark as there is a law on dark windows in Florida.  The appt started at the time he said it would and finished within the alloted time.  The work was first class and he explained the care and not to use ammonia on the film.

Damien was very professional with a clean and air conditioned shop.  It did not take long to schedule an appointment and he was available when we called.  He did an awesome job and the windows look great.  When shopping around I found that his prices beat some other competitors.  Other members of my family have used his services on several vehicles in the past.  Highly recommended.  I would use his services again.

Damian spoke with me on the phone earlier this year and also quickly replied to an email.  (Impressed because not all contractors are on top of their game with emails.)
When I recently called to make the appointment, they still had the same prices - which instilled trust that he wasn't trying to nickel and dime me.  As he was removing the tint from the back window, he noticed the 4 windows needed some 'prep' work because the former tint still had some remnants left... no surprise to me as I paid my teens $20 to remove the tint, but he thought it would be bad news to charge an additional $20 for it.  I did expect to pay more to clean up the 4 windows - so no worries from me there. 
He explained the various types of tints and although I was siding for a darker color, Damian did explain that because he remembered me chatting about my teenager, that the darker tint may be worrisome for a new driver... especially driving at night.  I SO agreed with him there and would not have thought of that.  My daughter is working towards getting her permit - so it didn't cross my mind to ensure she had the best viability available to her.  Kudos to Damian for pointing that out.
After requesting it, he placed masking tape to the power windows - to minimize the risk of rolling the windows down before it was permitted.  I expected to roll down the windows out of habit, so I was glad that he did that for me.
Other than that, I expect to have the same review about the quality of work as everyone else here... it's truly precision work they do there... though it's too soon to tell... but I can tell you that I'm happy with how the car looks now.
Ohhhhh... if I had to change one thing, I would've liked to have known that they had WIFI on site.  It's great that they had comfortable waiting area along with a WIFI.

Damian is a true professional. He has a clean shop, punctual and methodical when it comes to tinting. I had minimal wait time and his next job was on time as well. He provides no nonsense customer service and I am sure he would make any client happy. Unlike other tint garages I have been to, he is accessible while he works and you are right there in the same space while you wait. There was also no problems getting an appointment. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls. He uses top quality film and has a range to choose from. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needs auto tint.

Damian did an excellent job.  He explained everything & answered all my questions. Scheduled my car quickly and met all my expectations. Tinting is done inside, in a climate controlled environment. I'd recommend him highly.

I bought a used Acura RSX for my son which did not have window tint.  I contacted Damian by phone for an estimate, and made an appointment to drop the car off on a Saturday morning to have the side and rear windows tinted.  Damian was ready for us when we arrived, and the car was done by the end of the day as promised.  The tint looks great, and my son has already commented how much cooler the interior of the car is on a hot day.  The cost for this was approximately $200.00.
I also have a Honda Civic SI which was tinted by the dealer when I bought it new.  Over the years, the film on the rear window developed bubbles.  I asked Damian if it could be replaced, and he said that it could.  I dropped the car off the evening before my appointment, and picked it up at the end of the next day.  The new tint looks great.  The cost for this was approximately $100.00, part of which was for removal of the old tint film.
I would definitely recommend this provider to others.  I especially like the fact that the work is done indoors.  Very professional.

From the moment I called to the minute I left, Damian was EXCELLENT! I chose a higher priced tint because my car is new and has black interior. I had to cancel and change my appointment but it was not a problem. The job took two hours. Rather than sit in the comfortable waiting area, Damian recommended a nail place down the road ,within walking distance. That was a wonderful experience as well, get a pedicure while you wait.? I am very pleased with the product Damian selected. The change in temperature inside the car is much cooler with the tint. I will definately go back and the windshield and sunroof tinted. I am not someone who spends a lot on accessories for cars, but this was sooooo worth it. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. I mentioned Angie's list over the phone when I made my appointment and received an automatic discount as promised on the web site.
