He knew exactly what the issue was based upon our phone conversation and he knew what he needed to do to fix it. Upon his arrival, he had it fixed in about 45 minutes or so. He removed all of the old caulk, mechanically propped up and supported the saggng part of the sink, tightened the available unndersink fasteners, recaulked the sink and cleaned up any residual material.

The crew arrived on time and completed the installation in one hour. They did a professional job and the fabrication of the countertops was very good. I have used Planet granite before and will continue to use them in the future.

I located a granite supply wholesaler in our area. After telling them that I was remodeling my kitchen, they told me that they do not sell granite to individuals. I asked who they would recommend and it was Planet Granite. In fact, they told me that Edd had forgotten more about granite than they even knew about! That is what I wanted to hear and I called Edd from the wholesaler and went right over to see him.
He charged me a very fair price per square foot and then took me back to the wholesaler where my wife and I selected the stone. We received Edd's further discounted price for the granite and purchased the two slabs at that point.
Due to long delays in getting our cabinets delivered and installed, it was about a three month delay in getting Edd in here for final measurements. However, once he made his measurements, it was about 1 week until we had the stone cut and installed.
Installation took most of a full day, but between Edd and Ken, they did a FANTASTIC job! When my wife walked into that kitchen, she just about fainted with delight.
I can't recommend Edd and his company enough for his professionalism, quality of work and "can-do" attitude.
