Best color and cut !

Very pleased with colorist suggestions. Exactly what I was looking for, going back to a lighter color after almost back.

I was John Swaffords first appt of the morning. He was prompt, listened to me, asked questions about colors I did/didnt like, and then I asked him to pick the color of highlights he thought would work best. His choices were a beautiful blend that brought my old color together with my natrual color with beautiful highlights. My hair cut was equally amazing. I was so pleased with his work, I took my daughter to him the next day. My hair style is very long. My daughters is a wedge. She has tried 2 other people to cut her hair, and he fixed her hair like she wanted it in a matter of minutes! Love, Love, Love this mans work. He is a pleasure to talk with and we will go to him again and again.

John Swafford is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. In just two appointments he has corrected a color disaster that occurred at a different salon. He takes the time to listen and if you ask him, he will provide advice and recommendations to make your color/cut even better than you imagined. Have been searching for a great colorist and stylist in the Orlando area for 14 years. My search is finally over. I highly recommend John. Panacea Day Spa is very welcoming and not stuffy at all and everyone I have encountered is extremely nice and professional.

John was my stylist. Ive never had better highlights. He is very precise on where he places the highlights and it came out amazing. Also loved my cut.

I showed the provider a photo of a hairstyle I used to have and asked for the same cut. When he was done, it was not even close to being the style I wanted. This was the second time this happened. I think he was afraid to cut it too short, which is what I wanted. Although, I have to say that he did a wonderful job of cutting and styling my daughters' hair. He is very good, just didn't do what I wanted.

All the other people I see in there seemed very professional and very good. I tend to use one person. I just don't go to anybody. I am just a loyal customer. They have been great.

John was amazing! It's one skill to color hair - it's another to REPAIR hair color!! My former hair colorist (another salon) used a semi-permanent dark shade that faded badly and unevenly/splotchy. John looked at it, listened to my goals: Go back to blonde without frying my hair. He was realistic and didn't make promises, he told me up front that this first time we may not be able to get as blonde as I'd like, if I wanted to keep the hair healthy and long. When he finished the full foil, it was blonde, with lowlights from my original color - the color looks great AND it's still healthy! I highly recommend him!
Also, the salon was very cute, and clean. The staff was friendly. The sinks were uber-comfy. Sometimes the sink washing kills my neck - but their sinks have a head rest/shelf in them that made the process very comfortable! Great for people with neck injuries/issues.

A+++ I love this place and John!! My hair has never looked better or has had better care and attention than what John gives it. Everyone there is so nice and the best part is the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Panacea and John,

My stylist is John Swafford. He is a miracle worker when it comes to hair color. I was somewhat vague about what I wanted done with my color and he made my hair the perfect color. He takes his time in listening to what you want. I have paid triple at some other salons for less. I would also recommend the spa services done by Jenya Kimlat. She is the owner and uses a very clean line of organic products.

John is AMAZING at what he does. He never disappoints.
He always gets my highlights the right color and knows how to style my hair so I can leave feeling great.
His prices are very affordable and I will continue to see him.

John did an outstanding job, and this was the first time he has cut my hair. He took his time, got it just the way I wanted it, and was pleasant to chat with the entire time he was working.

It's a very nice place with very good people. There is someone there that cuts my hair the way I like it, and when you find someone like that you keep them.
