 + 0 moreIn our opinion it went terrible, John over promised and under delivered.
Description of Work: Contractor put in a bid to install concrete pavers on top of our concrete front porch and backyard lanai. He failed to include all the discussed elements in his initial bid, than he failed to order all the needed material in his initial order, and had to re-order additional pavers. He eventually wound up without our prior knowledge or input in having the pavers picked up by the manufacturer, not a very professional decision and in our opinion job abandonment.

 + -1 moreIt went great. John was ontime for the estimate, very responsive and delievered all of his services as promised and on budget. He was very knowledgeable about industry trends and very open about what options could fit our budget. He also made great recommendations on the brick manufacturer from which we had many selections. The job was done right the first time, and on time. He was also one of the few that did not want payment until the job was 100% to our satisfaction. I would recommend him time and time again!! it looks great!
Description of Work: Backyard brick patio, and walkway the length of our house.

 + 0 moreGreat! John did a great job following up from start to finish. I had an estimate from another company but the owner never returned my calls. John contacted me each time and followed up with emails to confirm price and schedule the job. The walkway looks great and I have received several comments from the neighbors on how good it looks. i would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: We had our front concrete walkway removed and replaced with brick pavers.
