We have been repairing and supporting computers in the Central Florida area since the early 1990's. Three years ago we opened on Ronald Reagan Blvd as Longwood Computer Company.

The laptop has never worked since the repair. No issues were brought to our attention when we picked it up.  It would not boot up and load the operating system when we received it after the repair.  When we discussed this with them, they indicated this would be a separate repair fee.  Inspecting the laptop after the work was done:  one screw was missing altogether, one was stripped, one was cross-threaded.  They were the only company to ever disassemble the laptop.  I recommend you steer clear of this establishment.

I have gone to Longwood Computer company for many PC problems, from my daughter cracking her laptop to software issues I had with my pc.  I bring it to them and they have it fixed a few days later.
