 + -1 moreI have the option when I go there if I want to work out or get a massage or pedicure. They are dedicated to helping women. They give you advice and will listen and answer any questions you have. They are friendly and caring.
Description of Work: I workout at the Ladies Workout Express for thirty minutes on the treadmill and do weight training.
