Timely? Yes Professional? Yes Reasonably priced? Yes there is nothing negative to say, they wiped up my floor (which was not necessary, they left it cleaner than when they came in). I thought I needed a new roller, he pulled it out showed it to me, and said I did not need one, there was wood stuck in the track. Took out slider and permanent door, cleaned the track, replaced doors, and replaced my lock/handle as well. I mistakenly wrote the check out for $5.00 more, and he pointed out that I overpaid immediately. I told him to keep it, very much worth it for his honesty and ethics. He was also teaching a new recruit, and he took the time to explain everything to him. I literally cannot think of a single thing they might have done wrong. Excellent job. I dont want to see him again soon, :-) but if my other doors get stuck, he will be my go to! 100% recommend.

Excellent, took about an hour and half, but his work was professionally done and price very reasonable.

John was on time courteous, and quick. He was able to repair all the windows we wanted in less than an hour. I intend to use him again.

John took the entire door off thoroughly cleaned and replaced the rollers. He did a great job. He was not cheap (it was a small slider) but he did the job well, I would thoroughly recommend for this type of work.

John was everything and more than anyone could ask or expect on a job extremely well done. Price was very reasonable. Johns is courteous, very professional yet down to earth and an all around great person. My door slides better now than it ever has.Highly recommend John and his service. I highly recommend John. Firstly he was professional, showed up when he said he would, called me back as he said he would, and best of all charged me what he said he would. I like that he was very up front about his costs. I called another company that advertises and my friend had used - they quoted me more ($135-$145 per door), John charges $165 for one sliding glass door and $85 for any additional doors done at the same visit. I also like that he was honest with me and told me I did not need to do my 3rd sliding glass door, which I appreciated. I know the price seems high, but this is what it costs. He was really nice and a professional gentleman, he has done this for many years. I felt I could trust him and I highly recommend.

John's voicemail greeting tells you exactly what will happen. And it did. He called us back, laid out a time, was prompt and arrived with tools and parts. He very obviously knew what he was doing as he got the job done quickly and expertly. The parts he used were better than new (more rollers) and the door virtually flies across the track now. He used a shop vac and vacuumed MY LANAI PAVERS. Friendly, including toward our two dogs, and I'd use him again in a half a heartbeat.

John has been in business 30 years and really knows his stuff. Told us on the phone that there was a good chance our doors were too old and wheels could not be replaced but we wanted him to look at them anyway. He quoted the price of the repair and that is exactly what he charged us after the job. Turned out there were replaceable and John had the parts in his truck so no waiting for an order. The doors roll better than they have in the 33 years I have lived in this house. I'm only sorry I did not do this years ago. I very highly recommend John for any door/glass repair. He is definitely in my Rolodex and I would freely recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

John explained costs on the phone prior to making appointment, which was greatly appreciated.  He did a courtesy call the day before as a reminder and showed up on time the next day.  I asked him to check all three sliding glass door to assure there was nothing i needed to concern myself about, and of the three only one needed work.  It was a door that i never use because it took so much effort to open and now it and the sliding screen both open with a gentle swipe.  I am totally satisfied.

John was extremely professional. He called the day before the job to confirm his scheduled arrival.He was on time. Got the job done quickly, and was very meticulous in making sure everything was functioning and cleaned up before he finished. The doors work better than ever!

John seems to the point in life where he's more concerned with doing a good job right rather than "money grubing".  That usually leads to a good quality job and he's no exception.  He arrived on time and has a great knowledge of his product and how to repair it.  Took him about an hour with minimal fanfare and absolutely no mess.  He made sure to test it extensively and saw that I did as well. Price was as agreed over the phone.  No drama, just a good repair.

John was punctual and did the job quickly. He was very thorough in his cleaning and adjustments after replacing the glass door wheels and my glass door moves easily and smoothly again..

UPDATE 11/19/2015: Door started a small scraping noise a few weeks after the repair and John came out the day after I called to adjust the new wheels. Excellent Service.

He was fabulous, very professional. Took about 20 minutes and everything was highly satisfactory. Definitely would recommend him to everyone in need of his services.

John scheduled a time to come out (less than a week after I called) and installed 2 new wheels on my sliding glass door.  He really knows his doors.  He told me the name of the company that made the doors and all about it.  I was really impressed.  It took about an hour and now the doors work so much better.  I would highly recommend him if you need sliding glass door work done.
